They overbook Saturdays which just leaves everyone crabby and frustrated first of all. The lady helping us was extremely unhelpful & I feel like the 1.5 hours spent there was pointless.- I had 2 appts one week apart, the 1st was horrible & I wrote a previous review on it. The 2nd was much better! We had Veronica in bridesmaids, she made the process go smooth & got the dresses ordered!

They lost bridesmaids measurements and blamed them and ordered the wrong dresses and blamed the manufacturer. Not helpful in fixing issues.
Alyssa BJune 26, 2012Never had a worse experience. If you want to be treated with respect, go somewhere else. I went in knowing exactly what accessory I wanted, and was talked down to. Never again.
