- My suite at the front, it's a great sized room, however it can get very noisy however for location it's great and the staff always helpful, I would stay here again as I always have done before
- Rooms may be small but are really comfortable. The location is totally priceless: near Times Square and Central Park. I had no troubles here at all, and the staff was friendly and kind. It's great!
- Try not to take rooms facing the street or near to the elevators, too much noise! Simple, but great rooms, good price! Excelent location! Subway station on the correr, Starbucks across the street. ;)
- KyleneMarch 4, 2019Great location, close to Carnage Hall & Columbus Circle. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel itself does need an update, our room was a bit small but it was just fine for 2 people.
- The hotel looks really dated; however, the big win here is its location and accessibility to the attractions & subway. Also another downside is that you're only allowed 2 devices for free WiFi.
- DavidAugust 22, 2015Location is fantastic if you're planning to see New York on foot or by public transit. Small rooms and dated amenities. However, the affordable price balances it all out.
- Great hotel. Close to iconic Carnegie Hall. Perfect location--lots of surrounding restaurants, and just a few blocks from Central Park and Times Square.
- Ana Paula ArcuriFebruary 27, 2013A few minutes from central park, broadway, times square, 5th ave. The room size is good, considering we are in nyc. And the hotel has a greaaatt location! Wi fi paid.
- I love this hotel, sure it's dated decor leaves a little to be desired, I however call it character and the staff are top notch and helpful !!
- Great location! Excellent service & friendly staff. My husband made an excellent choice. We have a 2 room suite. Queen bed, sofa, desk table, & kitchenette in 1 room; full & twin beds in bedroom.
- Livanos Restaurant GroupNovember 6, 2015Yes, that’s us in the lobby! Need a quick bite before you head out to explore the city? Molyvos' Express Lunch is $26 and will have you in and out in no time!
- Linda ContrerasMay 21, 2014Ask for an inside facing room unless you don't mind being awakened at 3am by garbage trucks on 55th. Good hotel though and overall good value for location.
- Otel.comAugust 30, 2012Check out Molyvos; here you get to enjoy traditional Greek dishes and grilled fish specialties even if you're not in Greece.
- LauraJune 2, 2014Only realised when I got home that this was where Borat stayed! Ask for a room on an upper floor-they have been freshened up. Elsewhere in the hotel guests had complaints about room size & cleanliness
- BrennaFebruary 28, 2015Good prices in Manhattan. Just beware of the showers... They're either cold or scalding. Great service.
- Mairéad O'SullivanMarch 31, 2013You can get an access code for free wifi in your room. Perfect location for sightseeing right between Central Park and Times Square.
- Vera SalesFebruary 26, 2014Small room but great location. Wi-fi is included if the reservation you book on website of the hotel. Good price.
- Great hotel for a great price, with easy (subway) access to the whole city. Few minutes from Central Park & Time Square. Our experience was 10 out of 10!
- Cath McEvoyDecember 30, 2013Great location, very friendly and helpful staff! Needs an update as looking a little shabby!
- Edson SodreApril 18, 2015A great hotel in NYC, near to the Central Park and Times Square!! / Ótimo hotel para ficar em NY, próximo ao Central Parque e Times Square, quer mais o quê??
- Anne SmithMarch 23, 2013No bed bugs thank god. Ask for a room that doesn't face a street. 55th and 7th is a busy corner. Water pressure amazing! Heater was loud and woke me all night. Maybe not the case in every room.
- @aliceprisonerSeptember 23, 2013Great location, BUT: even the knish food truck has WiFi. Every hotel should offer free WiFi.
- Everyone keeps saying "small rooms" IT'S NYC!!! Yea the rooms are small, but for the price and location (not to mention rooms are small at most of the hotels) it's a great value.
- Kenneth KumerleMay 11, 2013Great location on 7th near Carnegie Hall, Deli, Central Park and Times Square!
- August EbbesenJanuary 26, 2017The hotel is very good, though I think wifi in 2017 should be free of charge.
- If you like scalding hot showers, this is the place for you!
- Josh RinkenbaughJanuary 22, 2013Reserve your room online and your wifi is included. Otherwise you will pay a daily/weekly fee for wifi.
- Natalie CayerDecember 22, 2010Bring your own hair dryer, can't dry a mouse with the ones at the hotel! :) Great location and great staff!
- Joanne MoussaJuly 12, 2016No safe in the room and not very clean all in all! Great location and frdly staff though
- Ashley BergmanSeptember 19, 2011Who cares about room size; it's nyc, you should only be in your room to sleep. Judd, the concierge, is great.
- Derek BrownFebruary 10, 2020The way they offer their hotel on Priceline is dishonest. I "named my own price" and the Wellington Hotel somehow added a $60 fee that had not been disclosed. I will not stay at such a dishonest place
- Arié MoyalAugust 21, 2011Some rooms are dark & face air ducts Some lifts shared between rooms & service floors Also no bathrobes
- Ekaterina KuznetsovaAugust 22, 2013Really awful hotel. It is very old, rooms are stinky, the photos online are not what it is in real, rooms are too small, beds are not really clean, conditioners doesnt work and so on.👎👎👎
- Just PJJune 5, 2011Small room. I came during the spring so it was somewhat overpriced due to the season. Train station at the door wifi free at Starbucks across the street not at the hotel.
- Chris RaineyDecember 12, 2011Only complaint is that pipes make strange noises when anyone uses hot water. It was loud enough to wake us up several times
- John CesaroneJune 29, 2012The room is the size of my kitchen, but you can't beat the convenience of the location.
- Jojanneke van den BoschFebruary 6, 2011GREAT location. Pretty basic room though. Paid wi-fi...go to Starbucks across the street for free wi-fi.
- Jorge SalazarJune 27, 2016We book double beds truth priceline. When we arrived hotel told us that what we booked was double bath room ???!!! We had to pay extra to change to a double beds
