- Take my zumba class fridays at 5:30pm and hip hop aerobics sundays at 5:30pm check out www.dancewithcasie.com
- If you're an old guy, just hang out in the locker room with your balls proudly on show. It seems to be a rule.
- Be careful swimming. The lifeguards are reactive and not pro-active so if you are headed for a collision, they will offer you an icepack AFTER and won't try to stop it before!

- Joe CooperAugust 9, 2011Really? Naked men in a men's locker room? Shocking. Maybe if you are too put off by older men soaking in the heat nude, you may want to shower at home. Whiners. At the gym no less!
- During the week, get there at 5am or after 10sm for a swim - Between 6am and 9am, it's a bit crowded.
- After a workout, check out new 63bites downstairs for healthy snacks and Stumptown coffee.
- One of the best lap pools in the city - Lap swimming from 5am to 3:45pm. No excuse not to get your laps in!
- The classic experience. Cheap clean hotel, great gym, neighborly feel. The Village People were right.
