- Shawn WrightApril 12, 2017This is a great place to connect with nature. A little pricey but it is worth it. However I strongly recommend appropriate shoes and clothes, and most of all an water backpack.
- Michele ShererJuly 15, 2013Loved it! Bring water during the summer as its hot! Lots of hands of things to do! Also, some things cost extra $ like the Log Flume ride and train so bring cash if you're interested in those.
- Lynea DavenportNovember 16, 2013Smaller but more one-on-one with the animals compared to the PHX Zoo. You can get up close to everything, wear comfortable shoes & make sure you take the "ski-lift" to view the site of the whole zoo.
- Bryce JensenDecember 7, 2014Possibly the best zoo I've ever visited. I'm not too keen on just staring at miserable animals, but the animals here seemed complacent. Atleast the ones they let roam about. Feed the stingrays!
- Definitely the best zoo in Arizona. All the animals are up close and easy to see. It's definitely an all day activity, so bring water!
- Michael WarrenSeptember 3, 2019Wildlife World Zoo, Aquarium & Safari Park 12 minutes drive to the north of Warren and Hagerman Family Dentistry
- Exclusive ResortsJanuary 25, 2012Very large, cool zoo with a desert vibe, includes rides, aquarium and large reptile exhibit. Open 365 days a year. Carousel and train a big draw for kids!
- Ashley GardnerNovember 16, 2013This zoo is very nice. The only problem is when its HOT (the usual AZ weather) the animals stay hidden. It's best to come on a breezy day
- Ben PetersenDecember 23, 2013What an amazing place. All the animals are up close. Feed the parrots. It was amazing.
- Julia TylorFebruary 12, 2013The giraffe-feeding station here is a must-see. Bring quarters to buy pellets, and the giraffes will come right up to you and eat out of your hand.
- Chelle PMay 15, 2015The sea lion show is cute. Pleasantly suprised at the size of the property. Animals look healthy and active.
- Atom ConeFebruary 25, 2013Make sure to visit Frankie from The Ocean Floor! He is the huge red tailed catfish in the River Monsters exhibit!
- Don CumminsSeptember 28, 2013Way better than the Phoenix Zoo. Get upclose with a lot of the animals.
- Michael DiFrankNovember 17, 2013The aquarium is the attraction. If you show up in the evening (after 5), you can get admission to just the aquarium. The zoo isn't worth paying for.
- Jeff ShawMarch 26, 2011Very cool, much better than the Phoenix Zoo. Wear comfortable walking shoes as it is dirt paths most of the time.
- Cynthia ChavezMay 30, 2010All the babies there were born this spring are out and about. So cute :) They are working on expanding the aquarium. The stingray pool was my favorite part~!
- Zac StoreyDecember 10, 2010In my opinion, this is one of the brightest gems in the entire west valley. The kids love it!
- Check Hickman eggs for coupons , or the paper-- you can save 50%
- Suzanne EasterNovember 12, 2011Bring cash to get in and feed the animals. Lots of really cool animals.
- Megan SparksDecember 17, 2010Don't take photos with flash in the aquarium. Hold your hands steady and turn your camera's low light settings on.
- David WeinerNovember 24, 2010Pretty nice place and well worth the admission.... Just try and find some coupons.
- Edward ButeraDecember 30, 2011They no longer have separate admussion to the aquarium. $29 per adult for zoo and aquarium.
- jay allenJuly 16, 2011ring cash! They don't take debit cards in the park for food / drinks. Only debit card machine is @ gift shop.
- matt qzonJanuary 22, 2010Try Tiburon restaurant. 16000 gallon shark tank in the middle of the dining room. worth the experience.
- The zoo itself is enjoyable; downsides are disgruntled, unpleasant employees & the fact that they don't honor Veterans/Military discount unless you're affiliated with Luke Air Force Base.
