Chocolate​
The Winans family has been making chocolates in the Dayton Area for over 100 years. All of our chocolates are hand made, and contain no preservatives or fillers. You WILL taste the difference in our compared to other local and national chocolates. Like our slogan says, TRY SOMETHING BETTER!
Coffee​
Our coffees are fresh roasted weekly in our facility in Piqua. We use a small batch roaster to insure roast consistency. All of our coffee blends are roasted first, and then blended. A process than not many roasters do anymore. You will taste the difference, as most of Dayton has. Probably why we have been voted Daytons Best Coffee by both Dayton Daily News readers and Dayton Business journal readers. I challenge you to taste the difference!

Winans Blend
House light roast, a blend of Costa Rica, Sumatra, Columbia, and Kenya AA.
Mokka Java Blend
Traditional bold blend of beans from Sumatra and Ethiopia.
Seattle Blend
House dark roast, a blend of Costa Rica and Sumatra.
Espresso Blend
Our proprietary blend designed to insure the best crema.
Single Origins​
Guatamala
Light roast, full body, low acidity, cocoa, pepper, cinnamon, vanilla, hazelnut.
Yirgacheffe
Bold, full bodied, well balanced, lemon, honey, peaches.
Sumatra
Deep body, low acidity, earthy, buttery, dark chocolate.
Costa Rica
Medium body, sharp acidity, perfect balance, chocolate, butterscotch, peaches.
Ethiopia Harrar
Smooth intense body, dry processes, sweet blueberry.
Monsoon Malibar
Full body, low acid, sweet and mellow, aged in the monsoon air.
