They have a great facility and great equipment but the worse part about working out here is that they stop during prayer time and that ruins ur workout ! No swimming, no treadmill, nothing !

NomadMarch 12, 2020Gyms are high risk locations for coronavirus. Regular cleaning of gym equipment here is not happening. Effective action is not being taken and management is failing, putting lives at risk.
Fitness time doesn't need any reviews, best gum facilities in SA. The only thing is that it's sometimes very crowded!
This gym in desperate need of an upgrade, they should bring back the fresh towels and wet napkin rolls

Machines are little bit old. If you want to train in peace and without noise avoid this branch.
The best place to relax while building a muscle!- Coaches over there r just for image they don't even spot u if u r lifting heavy weights
