Tangie WilliamsApril 9, 2014I was placed in a room on the 4th floor. The sheets were dirty and the phone wasnt connected. I went to the front desk and the kind gentleman gave me a new room on the 7th floor which was much better.
John JonesSeptember 2, 2012I was informed by a guy at the desk that the floors below the 4th are "less renovated." We stayed on one of those floors, and they are not 3.5-star quality.
Two out of three times I've stayed here the fire alarms have gone off and the hotel was evacuated. Maybe I'm a jinx?
