- Brandy ShoemakerJune 1, 2013I really don't know what everyone is complaining about. This place is really awesome. Rooms are clean, beds are comfy. Pet friendly. Pool was amazing. I would for sure come back
- TiffanyAugust 7, 2011Been going to this hotel for the past 7 years for a convention and each time I'm always making a major complaint. The best rooms the stay in are the suites in buildings 16 and 15. Every other hotel is
- Love how comfy their beds are. I've stayed here 3times before and never had a problem. And their breakfast vouchers are worth the extra $$. Good food!
- We were in Bldg 3. Our room was great! Clean, lg room. Nice Health club. Friendly staff - really enjoyed our time here. My only advice,.save some $$$$ bring ur own H2O & pop
- Neena BeenaApril 5, 2013Wifi is free if you're a Wyndham Rewards card holder! Sign up- it doesn't cost a thing- and you accrue points towards a free stay in the future!
- Get the FoxFi app on your phone before staying here and you can turn your smart phone into a wifi hot spot with a password protect. Worth it
- Otel.comJune 1, 2012The stunning huge pools are a great place to relax. Free shuttle to Universal Studios and Sea World are offered.
- This was a great resort. Very clean and the landscape was beautiful. Would recommend this place to any one.
- Tamara SharpJuly 15, 2011second time here for hula comp. with rewards and by request check in was a breeze and free upgrade. clean room, locked buildings, loooove the pool & ohana feeling from staff. pricey though.
- Shannon RodriguezMay 25, 2013I was scared when I read the reviews. But the hotel is completely revamped & under new management. Love it!
- Denise RaiaJuly 11, 2012make sure you get towels by the pool before 7 pm, if you dont your out of luck. there was no sign giving the hours of operation at the pool side towel stand or telling you to call hkeeping after hours
- Hotel TonightJune 17, 2011Family-friendly services include a free shuttle to Universal and SeaWorld. Save some time to stroll through the well-maintained grounds.
- Neena BeenaApril 4, 2013The resort is currently under renovation! Building 9 is complete, and my room is beautiful!
- Safiya BApril 2, 2013Lots of construction/remodeling going on. Room was clean, comfy bed, hardwood floor, small& not what we're used to from Wyndham but for a quick getaway w the kids, it's ok. TVs work fine&no bugs.
- Nick JanovskyOctober 8, 2011Great rates and check out the bar outside by the pool! You can even order food!
- This hotel is really nice & clean. Been here twice & always satisfied with their hospitality & service. :)
- Jacqueline RobilottaJuly 31, 2011Don't bring your luggage to the lobby when you check in... Once you get your keys you have to drive to your hotel room. Also, no elevators I could find for second floor rooms...
- Kayla BeeMuddyOctober 29, 2012Worth the $50 price we got on Priceline, otherwise would not willingly stay here. Moldy AC units and old electronics. The "exterior" rooms are trashy, push for an "interior" room!!
- Jennifer WalzAugust 25, 2011Not a bad stay so far. Room is cozy and comfortable. Building 14 is clean and has new hardwood floors.
- Tyler PottsMay 14, 2013They are doing construction which means that I pay full price for no water in my room. Awesome.
- "no free wifi" isnt a big deal; I've stayed at luxury hotels with no free wifi. outdated/grimey rooms, but clean enough for the price. if you want a luxury hotel, pay luxury prices and go elsewhere.
- Denise RaiaJuly 11, 2012and the fridge didnt work. we arrived on friday, reported it early sat morn. checked out monday and fridge still didnt work. hotel rest has horrible food and the ice cream parlor ran out of ice cream.
- Katie BJune 17, 2010Many people have problems with many of the buildings here. Ask for building 12 or 13 ... apparently they are the recently refurbished ones. Our room (1202) was not *bad*, but the ceiling leaked!
- Tiffany LlagunoJanuary 23, 2011I actually liked my room (1611), staff was friendly, room was clean, hardwood floors, all around nice!
- Katrina ConveyAugust 6, 2011Was here for Anime Festival Orlando. I thought that it was a very clean hotel. The only problems I had were incompetent employees and having to have our room keys reactivated twice.
- Amber HartyMay 31, 2010Make sure you bring your own towel to the pool, and buy water from the walgreens across the street- beveages are pricey here!
- Richard MannesJanuary 19, 2012Decent place. Make sure your towels are actually fresh. We specifically requested new towels through their system but never got them.
- Remotes don't work for the TV & the front desk refuses to check it, WORST room (building 16) with construction all around it, the closest pool is closed & have to walk around the hotel to get to one.
- Annie KMarch 26, 2011The hotel now has wireless access for $9.95 / 24 hrs access, charged to your room or prepaid. :)
- Andres ArancibiaMay 6, 2012Four stat hotel? Yo moma... Broken TV remote, tv power button fixed in the hole, Old tv set, no fridge, no wifi, pitufull. I stayed very near less than half the price and had all whats missinghere
- Rich KirshyFebruary 18, 2012room was musty, & hardwood floors + thin walls = a very noisy morning. Plus, maintenance was banging on the door at 5am to ask if we were the ones with the ant problem. Try sleeping after that.
- NO free wi-fi, including the lobby... Disconnected from the world!
- The College PressMay 3, 2012We publish young writers! Come over to our booth at the 2012 FSPA convention to learn more!
- CarlaMarch 9, 2012You have to pay if you want to have wi if. Or walk a long way to the pool and order something! Really??? Pay for wifi? And the charge for having fridges in the rooms! Really? Where am I?
- Not a 4star hotel as rooms all need seriously updating and decent A/C. Pools are great but whole place looks tired. Great location for being a tourist though.
- Absolutely stank (bldg 9). The previous posts about the pubes and mold are true. Not up to typical Wyndham standards.
- Tenina DavenportMarch 23, 2012There is WiFi, it cost $9.95 for 24 hours which can be charged to your room.
- Don't stay here! While the pools and food from Augustines is good, the rooms are disgusting! Blood on the walls and dirt on the towels! If you do decide to stay bring a segway.
- Tyler StoltzMay 18, 2013Overall frustrating - all the guests feel the need to walk in the street, staff was kind of rude and if you are an internet user, go elsewhere. Spend an extra $50 and go elsewhere.
- Denise RaiaJuly 11, 2012the hotel is huge. no free internet. the first room i was put in smelled musty and dirty. my son with allergies started sneezing right away. the second room was nice, cept carpet was dirty
- Suzzan JonesSeptember 20, 2011Made a reservation for a king bed and was put in the smallest double they had. Coffee pot took a hour to make two cups. And no coffee was replaced for the next day. Definitely will not be back
- Okay. After actually spending the night here, I have this to add. We found way too many pubic hairs; hair all over the shower, and black mold coating the shower curtain..and the staff is still rude!
- Ashley HeastonFebruary 26, 2012This place is terrible. One of the worst hotels i've stayed at not to mention the way too high price. Seriously...go down the street to the rosen inn. Great clean hotel and reasonably priced.
