There usually is a waiting list, so if you're considering Wyngate...call 2-3 months before your current lease is up (preferably)!
- If you have children between ages 5-16 be advised there is no playground. There is a tot-lot by the office, a sand volleyball area & a basketball court. If you have active children, keep this in mind!
- Affordable & generally a nice place to live. Rent prices are just over $600 (1br), $700 (2br) & $800 (3br/2ba). If you live below someone, you'll find virtually no sound buffering between floors.
- Under new management (Teresa). And...they've added a new office guy (Silas) who is very friendly, caring & attentive.
- 3br/2.0ba, 1144 sq/ft, around $828/mo! Rent includes water/trash!
- 2 br/2.0 ba, 982 sq/ft (around) $716/mo, includes water/trash!
Maintenance will not help you so learn to be your own handyman.
