Our Houston spa gift cards are perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays or any occasion that calls for exquisite taste. Purchase a spa gift card in Houston in any denomination for use throughout both hotels.

Additional value may be added to cards at any time. ZaZa Gift Cards are not credit or debit cards and carry no implied warranties. Hotel ZaZa is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. Card is redeemable for merchandise and services only. Unused value remains on the card and cannot be refunded once purchased, or redeemed for cash.

We recommend you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment, in order to give yourself time to relax and get situated.

ZaSpa will provide a plush robe and a pair of slippers for your comfort prior to changing so that you can unwind in the relaxation area. There your therapist will greet you and escort you to your treatment room.

Jewelry is not recommended to be worn throughout the spa or during treatments. If you bring valuables and jewelry with you, a place will be provided for their safekeeping, but ZaSpa will not be held responsible for them.

ZaSpa is a smoke free facility.

Please advise us if you are pregnant or breastfeeding at the time of booking as some treatments may not be safe or suitable to be carried out.

We recommend you drink water before and after treatment to help flush toxins from the body. Please allow sufficient time before your treatment to digest after eating, at least 2-3 hours is recommended for digestion before treatment.

In the event you need to cancel your appointment with us, please contact the Spa at least 24 hours' in advance. Failure to notify the Spa within the notification period, and all no-shows, will result in a full charge of the treatment booked without refund.
