- Anthony GomezSeptember 5, 2014Incredible shop. Great owners, George Howell Coffee, amazing vibe and ambiance. The coffee is on point, they are definitely doing it right. Dare I say, the best coffee bar in Astoria.
- Jean 💜October 10, 2014Along with the beautiful decor, the plates and cups used for in-house stays also boast clean lines and a nice heft. (Also, the decaf drip is the best I've had in ages.)
- Samiha KhanOctober 27, 2015They have Dough donuts. They go fast so if you're there early try to grab one before they disappear! So delicious. The ginger turmeric tea is also great. Very gingery with only a hint of turmeric.
- RenaOctober 27, 2014Doughnuts from Dough, amazing coffee...espresso drinks are on the pricier side, but I don't mind cuz they're so good! Great place to study/do work too - they have outlets all over the place.
- Jess NaldoOctober 12, 2014Cozy, cute and friendly! Wifi works great but it was tough to find outlets. Lots of room to post up and do some work/read a book with a pot of tea and almond croissant.
- Frank ValletuttiJanuary 31, 2015Two new great coffee spots in a 2 block radius. This one is even better than 60 Beans, for working at least. Big space, great desks/tables, fast WiFi, power outlets and quiet.

- Project Latte: a NYC cafe culture guideSeptember 5, 2014A stunning, vaguely Spanish space, with unique furniture, a tin ceiling, tiles, raw wood, exposed brick. Different seating areas, free wifi, coffee by George Howell, staffed by industry veterans.

http://j.mp/1XCmzaJ - Great decor although prices are a bit high for the neighborhood. Great option if you don't like Starbucks. And they do coffee art
- CJJuly 27, 2016You can go here all day... Try the well crafted coffee and pastries - unique and delicious! Or come back for dinner and the amazing burger!
- Project Latte: a NYC cafe culture guideSeptember 9, 2014In the running for most beautiful cafe in NYC, Astoria's 60 Beans is staffed primarily by Cafe Grumpy alums, serves George Howell coffee, has lots of seating "neighborhoods," wifi, some plugs.
- Project Latte: a NYC cafe culture guideSeptember 5, 2014A stunning space, windows open to sidewalk, a tin ceiling, tiles, raw wood, exposed brick. Different seating areas, free wifi, coffee by George Howell, staffed largely by Cafe Grumpy alums (8/14).
- Spacious, relaxing cafe with amazing decor and outdoor seating. They offer a bunch of coffee prep methods and cold brew. Also, tea, beer, and wine!
- Evan StaffJanuary 8, 2015Great atmosphere, and the coffee is on point. It's pretty dumb of them not to make the pricing more clear, though. Renald will be missed!
- Tony XerriAugust 16, 2014Demand a free coffee if you're stuck listening to white hipster girls complaining about high rent and bad dates. Great latté, touch pricey, but the decor is worth staying a while.
- Peter AntiarisSeptember 12, 2014Love the cold brew. Definitely for those who appreciate good coffee. If your idea of coffee is a mocha frappucino latte, stick to starbucks
- Vanessa QuirkSeptember 2, 2015Great cappuccino and iced chai. Comfy, quiet place to sit and work for a few hours. Only downside is the price -chai was like $6
- MargaretAugust 31, 2014Good latte, good cold brew. Manhattan prices. The space is beautiful and well utilized. Counter area is confusing, a line forms quickly.
- Julia WuSeptember 13, 2014Beautiful place, smells amazing, coffee prrty good but expensive. Would come back to lounge/work and for the cold brew.
- Kitchen is now open. Highly recommend the lamb meatballs. The bitter green salad is light and refreshing.
- Eugene KimbergAugust 1, 2015Latte CAT score 9/9: Cup 3, Art 3, Taste 3. Cat is absolutely delighted with his flat white. Meow! 🐈
- How do you destroy a great coffee shop? You turn it into a restaurant.
- RayMarch 19, 2016Decent but pricy coffee. Was a great work cafe until it became a restaurant with a 5pm WiFi cutoff and no more comfy seats. Prob makes $$ sense to add dinner service, but changes the vibe.
- Bruno HedlerNovember 30, 2014Perfect combination: decor+breakfast+ great service. Very knowledgeable baristas.
- $3 for a good pot of tea, nice environment, & fast internet
- JentasticoAugust 14, 2014I was a bit intimidated upon entry as the counter/bar/order area was a bit confusing. Meh. Iced latté. Was good. Nothing spectacular and honestly not really worth the $4.75 price tag for 16 oz.
- Doesn't open til 8am on the weekend. Too much ice in the ice coffee but they have cold brew. Unfortunately, they charge 75 cents extra for almond milk. Nice staff and decor.
- Alfred M.July 31, 2016wanted to like it so bad. went in seeing the 'happy hour' sign out front. apparently that's only if you're dining. guess they don't want this to be a bar or make $. service terrible, food was great.
- JulieApril 23, 2016More expensive than Fika and Birch and any other shop in the city... How is this possible?!
