- Maha AmroSeptember 14, 2016Loved the location near by the wakiki Beach go directly and ask about KOA and he will help you in finding the best entertainment all over hawaii... mahalo :)
- Kamaaina's love it! Close to shopping, ac, tv, microwave, fridge. Wireless internet works great. Gotta sign in first.Upvoted 2 weeks ago
- If you're heading into a conference/seminar, get a good cup of coffee 1st @TheCurbTruck . Walk past the *$s by Macy's & go down the stairs. FYI it's not a truck, it's in the former Arby's space.Upvoted 1 week ago
- Can easily walk to the Waikiki area and Wailana Coffee House, the Ala Moana Park & Magic Island are a great place to hang out, staff is nice and accommodating.Upvoted 1 week ago
- Kevin S OshiroOctober 22, 2017Signature Steak restaurant, on the hotel guests' elevator (36th floor) had replaced Aaron's (On Top) restaurant. I remember this place back in the day. (Piano bar ?)
- Levmark LLCApril 25, 2015Sauna, steam room, great fitness, restaurants, shopping, view, mall all fun... relax live LEVMARK style...
- Nice hotel. Love the staff. Very courteous and helpful.
- Alexander WinterMarch 23, 2014Check in is a mess when there's a conference, also they won't give you more than one key unless every single member of your party checks in with you to each receive a key...
- Nice but not recently updated. Convenient to mall but not a good walk. Pay for valet parking. Nightmare to self park. Restaurants expensive. Cafe open for breakfast only, reasonable with buffet.
- Joseph TinnerOctober 10, 2014Good value. Right next to Ala Moana center. Also just a few blocks from the Ala Moana park and beach. Very quiet compared to Waikiki.
- Carla JeanFebruary 28, 2014Super convenient for events at the conference center. Room as are clean and have both fridge and microwave.
- Great central location next to the Ala Moana Mall. Reasonably priced, helpful staff.
- Kevin S OshiroOctober 22, 2017Starbucks is by the lobby area and Rumours nightclub. Ala Moana mall side elevator only has 13 floors. Yuzu restaurant is gone: I had a Lotus Root Pizza there once.
- You will hear noise from the mall parking deck especially when the drinks are leaving the bars between midnight and 2:30a.
- Kind of small rooms but you'll be outside all day anyways. Breakfast at the plantation cafe is overpriced so go take a morning walk to the mall which is oh so close. The location is glorious.
- The Curb’s pop up isn't there anymore. GOOD NEWS! $1 Intelligentsia dialed in by @TheCurb is available w/pastry @brugbakery_hi 8-10am!
- Ala Moana Beach is just across the street - and not as crowded as Waikiki Beach.
- For executives spending extended stays, the Executive Tower may not have lanais, but there are better views of the ocean, less street noise, and a fridge and microwave. Not bad when here for weeks.
- The standard room is pretty small. No room service available. More noise here than what I've experienced at other neighboring hotels. I feel like the hotel "presents" well but doesn't deliver.
- there is a drawer under the bathroom counter - it doesn't look like a drawer - in it you'll find tissues & a hairdryer
- Otel.comSeptember 10, 2012Honolulu's hottest nightclub can be found here and offers loads of fun until 4am.
- Kevin S OshiroOctober 22, 2017This place once was called the Ala Moana Americana (hotel)" before the new condo-hotel transitional period/era.
- SheepieFebruary 14, 2018A hotel who misinformed its guests, causes a problem , and then just say sorry we can’t do anything and walks away. Daryl the manager, just ruined the hotels image for me.
- Up the escalator in lobby to 2nd fl thru parking lot to macys starbucks is right inside :)
- Contrary to the website, it is NOT a quick walk to the beach. If being beachfront is a priority, you're better off getting closer into Waikiki.
- Caitlin RoseMarch 10, 2012Small rooms, not prime location.. Think about staying closer to Waikiki beach. Very few restaurants around. Cold water in the shower. Close to mall.
- Be prepared: that is some cold water. Get a couple of towels to warm up.
- Pamela ChunAugust 21, 2011Can't be beat if you're traveling to Hawaii for a conference at the Hawaii Convention Center
- Tina SpragueMay 23, 2012Bring a jacket if you are sitting in any of the ballrooms for any period of time. Cold
- Can't believe this place doesn't have a free breakfast.
- Wifi isn't working, oceanic time Warner says it will be a week or two before its fixed!
- Roach hotel hopefully they too care of the problem when ther redid the front area.
- Shopping s very close ... Very relaxing to stroll around.
