Alex S.: Even if you're not a vegetarian this place is worth visiting. Excellent spring rolls with peanut sauce. And the main dishes taste and look like the 'real' ones - be it chicken, beef, pork or lobster.

Alex S.: A very cool place to have lunch. Excellent soups and salads along with sinful home-made ice-cream. A very nice place to enjoy good food and do some people watching.

Alex S.: One of the best Chinese restaurants in town. Classic and relaxed atmosphere, although service sometimes cold be slow. Excellent food, hard to point on anything in particular.
Alex S.: For those who love their Chinese food served spicy (but not too spicy to kill the great taste). Large soup portions, for cheap. Excellent Spicy and Crispy Chicken and Eggplant in Spicy Garlic Sauce.
Alex S.: This little gem of the place serves one of the best matzo ball soups in town! Huge soup portions for a reasonable price. Great coffee in the morning with my favorite "BP omelette" with mole sauce.
Alex S.: A wonderful brasserie of the same owner as Cafe Rabelais. A good place to enjoy their pate or cheese plate with a glass of wine or to have a more 'serious' meal of large wonderful varieties.

Alex S.: Coconut drink - it comes in a shaved down coconut and they keep all the yummy juice and coconut meat inside, Roti Canai appetizer, Singapore Laksa, Hainanese Chicken. Reasonable prices, cash discount.
Alex S.: Jewish food in New-York style and environment. Great 'mishmash' soup (matzo ball with a huge dumpling). Love their cheese blintzes. Large portions, come hungry.
Alex S.: This is the best location of all Pappasito's Tex-Mex restaurants. When ordering fajitas - forget about chicken, order beef only - much better and juicier. Potent Margaritas, great salsa.
Alex S.: This is an Argentinian and NOT a Brazilian restaurant. Love their empanadas, interesting mango/avocado salad and lamb dish, and there are more items on the menu to try.
Alex S.: Regardless of the negative reviews in the past, I enjoyed visiting there. Good dry chis, excellent salsa, incl. pineapple salsa, decent happy hour margaritas, good food and good service.
Lincoln Kilpatrick: Best Enchiladas & refried beans in Houston. This place has been here since my before I was born, and they certainly have the recipes right for delicious dining.
