Better scones in the city (everything is relative), great tea selection, but service is not that good, somehow feel like we didn’t get the same treatment as other tables (non-Asians patrons).
NYC [Eat] Delicious scones -- try not to eat too many before your brunch arrives. If you're feeling whimsical, ask to be dusted in fairy powder when you walk in.
Excellent tea selection. Amazing scones (buttermilk is my fave) with clotted cream and jam. Get the Little Nibble for an old-fashioned tea time. (Tons of food.) Read more

Grilled steak salad is amazing..how could you not end up with a supertasty chococup cake? you'll find teenagers or childhood nostalgics celebrating a bday!
The host had such stank attitude didn't even greet. The tea was delicious but the food &cookies were below avg. I just hope u don't end up w/ the same host as us he was just rude rude!!
The worst service imaginable. We waited for an hour to be seated and the host was so rude. Our waitress payed us no attention. The food was meh. Save yourself the headache and head somewhere else.
After visiting Chapter I we were disappointed in Chapter II. Food was good but lacked the Whimsical feel of Chapter I and no fairy wings for Sale. Just one set for decoration equals bummed 6 yr Old.
