- Ms HeleneApril 22, 20185-10 mins from airport, hourly shuttle. Good value, small kitchen for light meals and bar. Small gym and pool.
- Zach FinnMay 18, 2013Big on external style and "fun" vibe. I've never been here and not met someone interesting at the bar. Good front desk service and frequent shuttle. Get free Ethernet cable at front desk for slow wifi
- Sabrina SotoNovember 25, 2013Very cute hotel. When checking in make sure to ask for a room facing away from the airport, or the vibrations from the planes will surely wake you up at 6am. Oh, and the planes won't stop until 2am.
- Nauman NoorMay 28, 2013Clean, efficient and functional. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast options are a bit pricey though if you are willing to walk and have time, there is a Panera nearby.
- Alex DiebaldJanuary 9, 2016Perfect airport hotel. Good shuttle connection, swift check in, clean rooms with fast Internet, small gym and lively bar.
- Blake WoodNovember 30, 2012Like the free drink for gold/platinum. Wish I would have known about the $20 parking.... Would have stayed at another property. Nice service at the front desk. Wifi is 9600 baud.
- Nate BeattySeptember 4, 2016Super convenient, good rates, clean and quiet, and a bar with a few good beers on tap. The ideal airport hotel.
- Austin, Milwaukee, Bogota and now San Francisco.. Always a great place.. Fun & relaxed vibe.. Bar is always a grat place to chill.. Enjoy!!!
- make sure you check out the weekly #Live@Aloft events... Awesome live music, DJs and special guests every week... and the cocktails are #amazing too!
- Lisa PadillaNovember 18, 2012Paying for parking is too bad ($20 with in and out prove ledges) but free water was neat. The pool is nice, I wish thee was a hot tub but this is like Embassy Suites for the W Hotels, very cool.
- Nate FolkertFebruary 27, 2022scheduled airport shuttles start at 5am and depart every 15 minutes. takes 10-15 minutes to arrive at the terminal.
- Cole KennedyOctober 25, 2018Convenient for the airport, and I guess it’s technically convenient (though slightly harrowing) to walk to the train station, but it is certainly not convenient to be so far from the city.
- Melissa HannantApril 13, 2014Make sure to search for a room rate with parking included. They are only $10 more. It will save you $10 off the $20 price.
- Accesseq CorpApril 9, 2023Great shuttle service. Checked in online and used digital checkin key. Didn’t have to waste my time at the front desk.
- Mike HaggertyOctober 16, 2013Great place to stay close to SFO. Great bar downstairs and the most helpful staff....highly recommend
- Stanko CerinJuly 1, 2013This hotel is 3 miles from the SFO gate, but exactly at the point where runway starts. Even sound insulation is great, you can still clearly hear planes taking off.
- Mari MariNovember 8, 2012If your Platinum...dont allow them to forget your free beverage. Ive been here several times and one great employee finally told me this was included. Shame on the other employees for holding out!
- This is always a great option when you want more than a snack.
- DavidAugust 11, 2014Nice place to stay if you have an early morning flight out of SFO. The shuttle fills up, so get on board ASAP.
- Ayman AFebruary 12, 2016I love this hotel except 3 irritants: 1. Inadequate noise insulation, you hear airplane noise. 2. Parking at $25 is over priced and finally 3. bathroom sliding doors never close properly
- Zhexiao XueMay 1, 2013The Bayfront park near Westin has nice views. The Hawaiian diner across the bridge over 101 is unique and good.
- Tom BruehwilerMarch 21, 2014Complaining about wifi? Well, it doesnt look Bad to me. Cool designed Hotel, but 20$ for parking isnt cool...
- Jamison NgJanuary 13, 2013Free parking on weekends at the Millbrae Bart Station across the 101 fwy bridge (10 minute walk) - beats paying $20
- Nate LawlerAugust 1, 2015Prices here seem to be pretty volatile. I paid $290 and the next night the rates dropped down to $160. This is definitely not a $300 hotel but it is nice. Love the Bliss products.
- A 'cool looking' hotel, which is comfortable and efficient.
- Erik GarridoSeptember 17, 2014First destination and the ambient and style is so good, approaching to the W Hotel Style.
- Lee GivensOctober 16, 2012You get 15 mins of free parking. If you're not parking overnight, ask front desk for a comp parking.
- Beth HarrisonJune 24, 2013Good value & convenient location if your meetings are between SF & Valley,
- Charles VaughnOctober 12, 2012$20 for in and out parking privileges, per day...shuttle from SFO if u plan on just using BART
- Rob AtkinsonMay 2, 2016Typical Aloft, like a W but more stripped down. Large gym. Try to get a room away from the airport, the noise is not overwhelming but is noticeable
- HklingNovember 7, 2017Room service ends early but apparently you can eat at the Westin and charge to your room
- Jacob RosenbergApril 4, 2015Location is great for SFO stays. Parking is a reasonable hassle but not free. Rooms are fine, but few TV channels and loud a/c units.
- For people complaining about the WiFi (9600 baud? Really?) I just posted a screen shot of 6 Mbps down, 23 Mbps up. Not bad at all for hotel Internet!
- Blake WoodDecember 1, 2012The free drink, and the five dollars coupon they give you isn't good for booze at the bar....
- Stanko CerinJuly 1, 2013Have in mind, car parking is 20$ a day, and not clearly communicated at advertising.
- chris k.February 13, 2013Bar is unbelievably slow. I have up and walked to Westin. Should have started here for decent service
- Brad MastJanuary 24, 2013This place is a shitty IKEA showroom they call a hotel. Not much bigger and cheap particle board everywhere. Nice try SPG. Thumbs down. Go next door to Westin. Way better.
