42 Grove St (btwn Bedford & Bleecker St), New York, NY
French Restaurant · West Village · 533 tips and reviews
Ale Tower: Notwithstanding a harsh price-quality-quantity combination, the ambience is extremely nice (especially if you can get a table outside when it's warm) and the service is quick and efficient.
Kleine Hamburger Str. 16 (Auguststr.), Berlin, Berlin
Breakfast Spot · Mitte · 62 tips and reviews
Ale Tower: The food is good and tables kissed by sun (when it cares to be out). Nice lunch or breakfast spot when exploring the galleries around Auguststraße.
Ale Tower: Lots of cheap and good options for dinner, including stands selling beer and wine. Getting a seat can be a struggle so probably best for small groups.
Ale Tower: Excellent cocktails. I had a Negroni and a mezcal sour and both were really well done. The little nibbles you get to go along with the aperitif are nice too.
55 Music Concourse Dr (at Martin Luther King Jr Dr), San Francisco, CA
Science Museum · Golden Gate Park · 511 tips and reviews
Ale Tower: Loved the videos in the planetarium, the greenhouse with live animals and the earthquake simulator. One of the best science museums I've ever visited, in spite of it being far from encyclopaedic.
Sushi Restaurant · Inner Sunset · 93 tips and reviews
Ale Tower: Omakase a bit underwhelming even though the fish was very good (basically just because it's all of the most obvious cuts, nothing like a chef's recommendation). The rolls were good. I'd recommend it.
