- Ammazza has arguably the same quality pizza as Antico but in a more comfortable setting. Full bar too so you don't have to worry about BYO. Bolognese Pizza is the move
- Emily SternerSeptember 27, 2012love the space here! rustic and polished at the same time. Antico style pizza. definitely coming back here on a wknd night.... bar and DJ booth! have great hopes for these guys!
- Creative Loafing AtlantaAugust 5, 2014The insalata di basil, a lightly dressed tangle of field greens with artichokes, olives, and goat cheese, is a genuine upgrade from most pizza parlor attempts at salad. Read more
- Deantre BrockMarch 25, 2016Their pizza sauce is really good so its hard to go wrong with any choices. The only negative is with the kid friendly thing, no fountain drinks mean repeated trips to the bar for 2 dollar drinks...
- Phil KatzJune 9, 2017Absolutely delicious pizza in a hip, casual environment. Soft and perfectly charred crust, chewy mozzarella. And also a great list of local brews.
- The pizza here is awesome! Not quite as good as Antico but the service is way better, they have amazing salads, and they have Reissdof, the world's best beer. And the ambiance is awesome.
- Start with the Polpette & Insalata di Basil. Then the Carne and Bolognese pizzas followed by the Torta Caprese and the Italian donuts. Try a few of the wines on tap and you'll be spoiled for life!
- Sumit BohraAugust 7, 2014Surprisingly spacious on the inside and has a classy bar in the back. A wide-selection of beers on tap. The pizzas are delicious, of course.
- Adrian BabichFebruary 23, 2015Best pizza ever. Unexpected goat cheese on the insalata di basil (it wasn't listed on the menu). The pizza was also cold. pick-up orders should go on top of the oven!
- All of their pizzas are great. Pro tip, get a small for enough room to try their other delicious menu items.
- Creative Loafing AtlantaAugust 5, 2014Bright acidity from a side of Ammazza's tomato sauce, served hot, serves to balance the gooey richness. Read more
- Dali CalicoolMay 7, 2016If you're just here for drinks, skip the line and order from the bar in the back. They have all the same beers and wines.
- Best pizza in Atlanta. Love paying up front before sitting down and not having to wait on a check.
- Dali CalicoolMay 7, 2016If you're ordering TO-GO, skip the line out the front door and go to the dedicated register inside through the side door.
- Charita ShepherdOctober 14, 2016The vegan pizza was good and spicy from the peppers that are on it. Very good!!!
- ATLOshunAugust 3, 2013The caprese is delicious. Go straight to the back bar. You can order the full menu from there.
- Shawn CollinsAugust 27, 2016My experience here was a bit aggravating. It took 50 minutes to get my pizza. They did comp the charge, so they were very helpful on that end. The pizza was not as good as other similar place.
- Brian RczukJanuary 4, 2013Kids pizza has sparkles ***WARNING*** if your kids don't like green things on their pizza, ask them to leave the sparkles on the side :)
- Mark BarillaNovember 4, 2012The Terra was amazing: wild mushrooms, mozzarella, goat cheese, basil and truffle oil. Delicious.
- Creative Loafing AtlantaAugust 5, 2014The pizza crust is appropriately thin; its typically soft center firmer on the pizzas without sauce. Read more
- J GirtOctober 20, 2014Nice little cute spot. Real relaxed environment.. Oh yea && the pizza is not bad 😂
- Patrick WilliamsJuly 28, 2013The hours listed on four square are wrong. They close at midnight during the week and 2am on the weekends.
- Chelsie RohlenFebruary 15, 2013Definitely get here early. St. Bernardus, insalata di basil, and Terra = the winningest of combos.
- Love olives, mushrooms and artichokesand ham? Have a capricciosa pizza.
- Get the Terra and ask Alex about her favorite wine, she'll never steer you wrong
- It is self-service in the dining area. Grab your own water, plates and silverware.
