The brisket taste like roast beef not the same as what I'm accustomed to in Texas or other Southern States. However, the pork and the sides are fantastic. If I come back I will stay the pork route
Ribs & brisket for lunch. Both average. No sweet or spicy sauce option, house sauce is heavy on vinegar, other option is mustard based. Cornbread was the star, crispy on top, moist in the middle.
