Great place, great food. Stick to the house specialties and curries. Order some fresh naan. Prices/portions are ok. Service is kind of slow due to demand. Great overall.

Aaron WheelerJuly 21, 2017I'm not a fan of their Indian food but the interesting Tibetan dishes are way more fun! Solid vegetarian options too!- The Lamb Kofta and the Palak Paneer are both very good. I have a hard time picking between them every visit. Best Indian Food on Capitol Hill.

Like Chicken Tikka Masalla? Anna Purna's is different than other Indian places - sweeter and less tomato-ee. If you want something more like other places, try the Lhassa Curry w/Chicken.
