Baggage claim is slow. If picking up somebody who has to grab their luggage from baggage claim, you'll be waiting 20 min after their arrival

Only 5 staff on border control for an entire 767 jet. Even the crew had to wait half an hour to be allowed through. Pitiful.

Terrible food choices post-security at the D gates. Grab something pre-security, just don't get a drink or you'll lose it at security.
