- Kip HollarNovember 17, 2013Very pleasant stay. Used Starwood Points to pay for the room and the front desk clerk gave us a complimentary upgrade to a corner king. Was also accommodating in giving us more coffee for the room.
- JSeptember 7, 2013They only have valet parking available which is $24/day. Public parking can run you $20/day. Plus there isn't free WiFi. If you're staying here because you think you are getting a deal think again.
- Enjoy the complimentary snacks in the lobby, when available (wrapped granola/grain bars, cookies, water).
- MarylandNovember 13, 2012Thanks for choosing to travel green! Sheraton Baltimore City Center Hotell, a certified Maryland Green Travel partner.
- SoSoFlirtyJuly 8, 2012Receptionist was very nice and helpful. The club lounge was bullshit. Thought it was a party. Old ppl watching tv and nasty looking appetizers. Besides that the hotel is great
- Kip HollarNovember 17, 2013Valet was pushy and aggressive. Insisted on taking my keys and car. All I was trying to do was unload and checkin and then go park my car on the street myself. He got pissed off when I didn't give in.
- Kevin WilliamsJune 28, 2012Comfortable beds, clean rooms. However; I piss more water than comes out of the tub and showered and it is a hell of a lot warmer!
- The front desk is unhelpful and have problems with things, but the other staff are very polite, friendly, and helpful.
- SushiaJuly 12, 2011make sure you linked your SPG account and Foursqaure accounts before checking in, other wise you miss out on 250 SPG points!
- This place is better than the Sheraton in inner harbor, and it's cheaper. Ask for a corner room. They are huge.
- Ryan KnightonMarch 3, 2012If you can't resolve issues with the hotel directly, contact Sheraton on Twitter. They seem to be a little better about getting issues resolved.
- Julie SanchasApril 13, 2012Staff was friendly and the room was nice but I was woken by sirens all night. Guess that's just what happens when you stay downtown!
- Linda FausnetJanuary 1, 2012Came here for Big Night out in Baltimore. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
- Andrew RyderJuly 17, 2011Incredibly inattentive, unhelpful, overwhelmed staff. There is a real sense of incompetence here at every turn, particularly in managing larger events and the needs of other guests.
- Tom ChristianSeptember 28, 2011Rumors about the staff are well deserved. The night is a total a$$hole. Im paying a discounted rate ($89) and i still feel like its too much to deal with that guy.
- AnthonyJuly 30, 2011If you get a special rate, save the email or letter. These people will try and overcharge you.
- Lauren JohnsonMay 20, 2014Bed was comfortable. Bathroom grout was black. Needed new carpet. No fridge or microwave. Wifi not free. Room was dirty and needed new paint. Can hear every noise from hall! Don't stay here!
- Jacki SilvanNovember 5, 2009ask for a room in the corner of the North tower. you can get free wifi from the Radisson next door.
- Pimpcess WongOctober 7, 2012Not what I was expecting from a Sheraton. bathroom is out dated & not very clean. Towel & pillow were stained; housekeeping never came back and the front desk folks don't know anything!
- hiSeptember 13, 2011Get drunk in the bar downstairs but don\'t look at the lousy tvs they hurt your eyes
- Nicole DemetrakAugust 7, 2011Self parking is horrible, get in early if you want a spot. No elevator to the bottom level.
- Woke up to no water. Also no one answering at Guest Services. Finally got someone and they said they would send someone up. Never saw them. When I finally got water, it was brown sludge. Stay away.
- Major conference and no clean rooms. Lobby full of pissed off and weary travelers. Major fail.
- PaigeNovember 1, 2012Go to a different hotel. Place seems run down and in need of a refresh. The leering maintenance staff creep me out.
- Vic NewmanAugust 15, 2011Smdh the worst spg hotel i ever stayed in $22 a nite for parking wtf where they do that at??? Smmfh
- MarcJune 13, 2010A/C crapped out first night. Sent an "engineer" that didn't do anything, finally switched out room
