Cubans call it Ajiaco and Puerto Ricans Call it Sancocho. Either way it is a delicious stew in a light broth consisting of beef, chicken and sausage with an assortment of tropical and regional vegetables. Yuca calabaz (pumpkin) , plantains, corn on the cob, potatoes, carrots , peppers, onions, mushrooms, squash and zucchini. Then we top if off with avocado and cilantro . Served with garlic bread for dipping. (Make sure you squeeze the lime in it will enhance the flavor and bring you luck)
