The pollo bullets are great. Bacon wrapped chicken breast stuffed with jalapeños and cream cheese. It can be ordered as an appetizer or a sandwich.
- The "Bullet for the King" po boy is an over the top grilled yum fest with chicken stuffed with jalapeños, cream cheese wrapped in bacon. ...all in ranch. Seriously good.

- The soft shell crab po boy is fantastic. Wished this was a permanent entree.
- The skinny man's poboy is good but not as life changing as their other signature sandwiches.
- Debris filled po-boy. The end. Get this as your first po-boy.

- Watch for their po-boy of the month. ...like a box of chocolates.
- The Cajun fries is basically Cajun poutine plus debris. Canada has nothing on this!
- You must try the pollo bullets and the gumbo!! Both are savory and spicy.

waited for 15mind before my drink order was even taken. afraid to order food, watching too many plates being returned.
