This studio is filled with excellent, supportive teachers and nice students. The studio has an outdoor patio, which is the ideal way to cool off after a steaming hot class!

Drink a gallon if water the day before you plan to be here so you can make sure that you're fully hydrated!
Great classes are successful because of great teachers. I have enjoyed every instructor I've encountered here.
