Stuffed Chicken
Breast of chicken stuffed with Italian prosciutto and fresh mozzarella. Breaded and seared. Finished in our oven then topped with a parmesan cream sauce.
Chicken Pesto Penne
Very much like the chicken pesto but add our fresh made basil pesto and grilled vegetables in a parmesan cream sauce.
Chicken Marsala
Lightly floured and delicately cooked breast of chicken, smothered in marsala wine and mushroom sauce. Served with creamy risotto rice.
Eggplant Parmesan
Thick slices of fresh prepared eggplant dipped in buttermilk and bread crumbs. Seared then topped with marinara and mozzarella cheese and baked.
