Saranya SampatFebruary 19, 2018The biscuits and gravy is a must try. You get 2 eggs of any style and I chose poached. Add fried chicken breast for $5. It was a perfect Sunday brunch.
My go to’s are the pork belly grits, shrimp and grits, crawfish beignets and the watermelon iced tea. You can’t go wrong with those!
The biscuits and gravy with the chicken cutlet are to die for. The people are super, and every bite of every dish is delectable! The only downside is their limited bar selection.

It’s ALL good. Killer fried chicken, gumbo and of course beignets to top it all off. You can’t go wrong.
Biscuits and Gravy with Fried Chicken was excellent for brunch!

Steve TanJanuary 11, 2015I came for brunch and enjoyed the food here more than the original Brenda's! Was looking forward to the crawfish beignet but sadly they don't have them on the menu here.
Brenda's cuts down to a very limited menu on the weekends theoretically between 3 and 5 but in practice sometimes earlier. During those times I would not suggest it unless you want a chicken sandwich.
The spicy chicken sandwich is really good. Also recommend that iced tea with watermelon.
