- Barry BloomApril 18, 2017Our regular stop when in Village to visit relatives. Knock out chicken soup replete with huge matzah ball, carrots, noodles, strips of chicken breast. Better than mom used to make (but not grandma).
- Steve TaubApril 15, 2016Bagels Breakfast and Deli specialties such as lox and herrings. Reminds me of good New York style deli. Pastrami and Corned Beef are especially good. Lots of choices you won't leave hungry!Upvoted Oct 27
- Tastemaker BlogJuly 25, 2012Best deli on the West Coast for my money. Favorites: Eggs Benedict with lox and deep-fried home fries, BBQ Cod on an egg bagel, cabbage soup, black pastrami reuben, black and white cookie.
- So many breakfast served all day options. The cheese blintz with the strawberry jam fit the expected deli style breakfast. Get a couple of mini latkes too.
- Easily the best Deli in the area. Huge menu, massive portions, great staff and absolutely delicious deli food. Our favorite Deli and we've been to them all...

- Shady NabilFebruary 9, 2018Great food and very friendly staff, the steak with Spanish omelette is signature. Don’t miss the French toast!
- Breakfasts are amazing but their corned beef or pastrami sandwiches are just the best!
- Barry BloomJuly 3, 2017With closing of the Carnegie in New York, Brent's is my favorite Deli in the country.
- Their Hot Chocolate is good. #DineSavorRepeat
- Keith SchulnerMarch 27, 2015I like the chicken in a pot meal with chopped liver, which is a lot of food!
- Saturday brunch way less crowded than Sunday. Large portions, large menu. Also a small counter area if you're in the mood.
- DebMarch 17, 2010What a deli! I luv their Triple Decker sandwiches, chicken noodle soup w/matzoh ball & giant choc. covered cream filled eclairs!

- Rodney WaitersJune 15, 2010The pastrami and roast beef triple decker sandwich is the best! And the portions are huge! I had half for lunch and the rest for dinner!
- Ask for the Zack Special. They won't know what it is but ask anyway.
- Love the food, but be prepared to wait a long time before a waitress shows up, esp. when it's busy.
- Get the beautiful fruit cup to accompany your breakfast.
- Darrell SmithSeptember 25, 2011Serious go for the half order! The portions here are monsterous even for a Jewish deli...
- I get the Matzo ball without the soup, cuz I'm a vegi... I mean aquatarian. It's a great deal at $2.50
