I really like it here. Sometimes the classes can get crowded but that makes sense with the $7-15 slide scale payment. If you're new to yoga try the absolute beginner class on Sunday's at 11am.

Great local yoga studio. Most teachers are good instructors with calm, centered energies. The best value yoga studio in NYC!

Absolutely love this place. They relocated up the street to an even better location. Classes are pay-what-you-can, $7-$15. Matthew was my favorite instructor.

The beginner classes are great and the teachers rotate so you can get a feel for different styles!

Incredibly helpful instructors with a variety of yoga practices. Great environment with candles and perfect temperature.

Class was so crowded it was uncomfortable. Overall, really disappointed I wasted time and money. I won't be coming back. Shame since I was very excited to check it out.
