Burgers are delicious, but they're super messy. And don't ask for more napkins. You'll only get attitude from the employees. That's been my experience at least.

Was extremely hopeful about the natural casing hot dogs, but I found it to be very chewy and hard to get through. My fries were also kind of cold.

They close the kitchen way too early--like don't tell me the kitchen is closed before 10pm when there's no one in line behind me and the people in front of me just ordered burgers! :-P
