Service department is quick to help, nice to deal with, and professional. When wanting to make a complaint to the owner about how a sales associate handled a couple of my problems nothing was done.

Buyer Beware, they dont want to negotiate with there wanna be fixed Carmax prices, and they manipulate the way they pull your credit to make it seem worse so you are stuck paying a higher rate.

Don't go there. They wont work with you on getting a car. And won't tell you about the car your buying.
