Mayank VermaOctober 6, 2011Beware of the Pre-Paid Taxi Drivers in Night. They will ask you to pay more as will say that the address is not known by the people who issued the invoice. Do not pay anything extra.
Like the lounge at the departure terminal....but the arrival terminal sucks..I like the johnny walker..special discounts at the Duty Free
Airport security will not let u in the airport building if u arrive here more than 3 hours.
Prepare spare cash to beat the long queues at the entrance of the airport.
They now have Nirula's ice cream in the Indian Airlines' terminal!

At least 1 hour long queue at immigration. Regular affair. No effort to improve it by CSIA.

Immigration and security check can take over an hour at this horrendous airport!
I disappointed, one restaurant that I used to smoking has forced closing their own smoking room. According to them, they will open again two weeks later.
The centrum forex exchange counter opposite domestic arrivals offers worst exchange rate and will Rob you in daylight.. Avoid it at all cost..
Don't try WOK items mostly stale or not upto mark. Duty free shopping don't have many chocolate options, you'll better options elsewhere!
Juan MNovember 20, 2013Don't fucking show up without a fucking ticket or other documentation from the airline. The logic of arriving at the airport IN ORDER TO CHECK IN is not recognized here.
Do not use Autos or prepaid taxis from the airport. They're overpriced. Please use any taxi hailing services like Ola or Uber.

Go Air has changed check in from Terminal 1B to 1A..... :(
Its a long ride out here, once took me 25 mins from the gate.
