Mine and my husband's favorite place to eat. They have the 2 for $20 deal. The Cajun Chicken Pasta is amazing as an entree. Their Texas Cheese Fries are amazing!

Don't sit at the 2-seater by the door if alone. Servers assume you're filling out an application and not ordering food.

They claimed they lost our order slip!! It's almost guaranteed that a manager wasn't notified. If they were notified and zinder address the issue then that's poor business ethic. See next tip. . .

We(2 ppl) had HORRIBLE service!! We waited over an hour for our food and not once did a manager or asst. manager come out to apologize! See next tip. . .

Worst Chilis experience ever. Host and mgr asked up how many and then walked away, so we sat in bar area and got even worse service from Josh and Martin. Brought 3/4 meals, 4th at end of dinner.

We've never been the type to complain as we are not perfect ourselves we understand that things sometimes can go wrong. The issue isn't with the problem but the acknowledgement of the problem!!
