Marina OganyanJuly 2, 2018Passport control on July 2, 2018 was terrible! Endless disorganized queue. No ground staff to control it or help with guidance. Barely made it to my connecting flight. Wifi non-existent.
Official taxis wait outside the terminal! This must be better organized in the future.
Air France/KLM Passengers: 'beware' of more intensive passengers control from 10-13.07.2013 Please take it into account.
Don't cross customs too early if flying outside Schengen - there's no much to do beyond that point. If your onward flight is in more than 4 hours you can go out and shoot a selfie in the city center.
When waiting for check-in visit Coffee Heaven for amazing Tiger Chai Latte and muffin :)
Jonatan AgamiDecember 30, 2014It's a big modern airport with speakers that are way too loud. Many places to sit, though made out of metal. Very expensive food compared to regular Polish prices.
right now terminal 1 is closed so is the low cost airport. The airport is too busy! Security control is horrible, never ending queues, they make you take out chargers, rude, sick security staff.
Close to gate 33 and coffee heaven there is a kids corner :)
Follow the big arrows on the ground to get to baggage claim
Get some cash before leaving the airport, credit cards might not work everywhere. There are at least a couple of ATMs in the hall just before exiting the building.

Worst passport control ever i saw in my life.If you want to come Poland,i advise you do not come because of this control.Police look another 10 min to your passport without saying after he stamp.shame
Boring yet rather comfortable airport. Beware of fake taxi drivers, regular taxis are fine. Free wifi in ING area.

If you are in a hurry use security control in terminal 1 - it is just like fastlane

Błażej BiesiadaNovember 20, 2012Don't shop at "aelia" duty free, "kernis" on the ground floor can be up to 20% cheaper :o- if your bagage is serviced by LS Airport Service be sure to wait at least 40 mins for it... even if prioriity
Mako AsatianiApril 10, 2014Horrible internet, dont exchange the currency here, too expensive. The tax free services are very problematic, food generally doesnt taste nice and most of the staff was not available to provide info.
