    The tax refund process is sucks! Superb slow! Even though I arrive airport 4 hours earlier but still unable to get my tax refund! Shame!

    Been here 50+ times
    right now terminal 1 is closed so is the low cost airport. The airport is too busy! Security control is horrible, never ending queues, they make you take out chargers, rude, sick security staff.

    Worst airport I've seen since a long time. Wifi only for 30 minutes (very good when you need to wait 3 hours for connection flight), women bodychecked by men! Long waiting... Unfriendly stuff...

    Don't cross customs too early if flying outside Schengen - there's no much to do beyond that point. If your onward flight is in more than 4 hours you can go out and shoot a selfie in the city center.

    The toilets are cramped and filthy. Standard food items such as coffee, water bottles and chocolate bars are highly overpriced.

    Chaos at LOT checkin and bag drop desks. Plan ahead for at least an hour waiting time and additional 20 mins to get past security.

    Ignore "taxi dealers" at arrivals. Ride to the city should be below 30 pln if no unusual traffic jams occur. Taxis wait outside.
