Steak n' eggs is a great combination. Even for those like me who are not gravy fans. This delicious combination will not leave you hungry but wanting more of this delicious breakfast!
Love the atmosphere here. Make sure you wait for a host to seat you inside and patio! It says by the door. Only open seating is the bar. Most of the food is great! - One if Dallas' best coffee place! Good place to sit and read or dine and hang with friends. There's a drive thru just opened as well!
- House Beignets are delicious and made to order with 6 per order. Ask for some honey for an even better taste.

House latte is amazing. The beignets are great as well. Grab the lemon picotta pancakes or breakfast flatbread while you're here!- The Seasonal Pumpkin Pancakes are amazing. Definitely great on their own, with a little butter or some syrup.
- I have been here several times (think we are on visit 6) and the service is amazing. Never had an issue. Eat here as everything is delicious

The sausage patties are awesome, as are the breakfast potatoes and as everyone else says, the lemon ricotta pancakes are just divine.

Food cooked properly is a gamble. Novice service. Consistent with coffee. Try the French press. ☕️

The food and drinks will blow you away, the people will humble you with their kindness and the atmosphere will make you never want to leave. Ever.
You can't go wrong here, but my faves are the breakfast burrito and signature house latte
- Anything with Challah on it is amazing here! The french toast or french toast sandwich are must have
- Chipolte Mig as is amazing. Great salsa with an amazing taste over the eggs!

Kolet BJune 3, 2017Service has declined drastically since its recent popularity. Get there early or else you will need to valet. Very disappointed after my last visit. Food, however, is still superb.
Dog friendly patio, $4 mimosas and fantastic migas. Get there early on the weekend.. always packed!
All the food is fabulous, and the hot chocolate is to die for. Oh and you won't get better service anywhere else!
If your not looking for a coffee today you can't go wrong w the Chimay on tap...

Dishes have inconsistent prep on multiple visits. Unnecessarily long wait for a coffee house.
- service here is almost always great. However if you get Adam (skinny, blonde, male): run. Ask for another table, the rest are great

We have a $50 gift card for this place so we figured we'd give it another shot. Needless to say, it's not worth it. The service is atrocious. Every. Single. Time.- Ask for the new rancheros breakfast item. Really good and much better than the old version
