Wonderful apartments in west Knoxville. You find a playground and pool and it's all located close to Kingston pike.
I've only been late on my rent one other time. But to charge me 258.80 more for a late fee and a concession charge back. I read my lease agreement and it only says 10%! So why so much!
Best parking here before 9 or you will walk a mile to your apartment.
