Our cheesemongers put their heads together & came up w/ a design for a cheese safe that would fit easily into the refrigerator. Our Cheese Safe (9.5" x 9.5" x 4.75") is designed w/ a convenient sliding top & the image of a curious mouse branded on top. We will send the Cheese Safe to you along w/ cheese papers & some tips on caring for cheese.
