Crossfit Is a Strength & Conditioning Program That Combines Weightlifting, Sprinting, Gymnastics, Powerlifting, Kettlebell Training, Plyometrics, Rowing, & Medicine Ball Training. Crossfit Is an Extremely Efficient & Effective Way to Get Into World-Class Shape.
All Newcomers to Crossfit Will Be Taken Through a 4 Sessions Introductory Class That We Call “Ramp-Up”. You Will Be Taught the 9 Functional Movements of Crossfit & Proper Technique on All Lifts to Be Performed During a Crossfit Workout. Our Workouts Consist of Constantly Varied, Functional Movements (Pushups & Pullups, Deadlifts & Squats, Gymnastics, Kettlebells, Running, Rowing, & Olympic Lifting), Executed at High Intensity in a Group Setting.
