Yarra valley cabernet merlot 2006 Lifted merlot berry fruits of red currants and cherry are married with the leafy plum notes of Yarra Valley Cabernet. Toasty, cola oak on the nose, becoming more complex with earthy, black olive characters. Medium bodied with a round and even palate, the Cabernet component shows cassis, merlot's offers fleshy red fruits, while subtle oak derived notes of bacon and smoke sit in the background.

Bright with fresh red fruits of cherries and currants sweeping the palate followed by a finish of the melted chocolate texture of the soft tannins.
