- Your parents should have taught you this, but be considerate of others. Don't stand in the middle of the walkway and jabber on your cell phone. Common courtesy people.
- Chop House in Terminal A is a great spot for dinner or lunch and drinks if you have the time.
- Venu ThangalapallyOctober 11, 2023Get in lil early - pretty hugeeee lines - single line for sec checkin for all gates! Pooor management!!
- Interesting fact about the blue bronco, the artist who made it was killed when the mid section fell and crushed him, his family finished it and donated it to DIA
- Great views, free wifi. But bring your running shoes if need to make that connection across the airport within a small window of time. It's a long airport.
- Stanislav PavlinMay 4, 2019If you are flying Lufthansa (A gates), the business lounge is at B gates terminal (United). +-10mins for train&walk
- If you're in the B concourse and looking for a cheap meal, Steak Escape has a chicken nuggets meal that's good! Just over $6 with a drink and fries.
- One of the best airports in US. Clean, efficient, well designed.
- Welcome to DIA. While you are here, try and make it to one of the many great sporting games in Denver! I'll be there!!!
- My favorite airport. Unless you have a 10 minute layover, and your flights are on opposite side of the terminal. Then your screwed.
- If you are hungry and looking for a decent meal in Concourse B, definitely check out Itza Wrap! in the center, it's kinda hidden, but you have a wide selection of combinations at pretty decent prices.
- The mimosas at Boulder Beer Tap House are pretty perfect or a pre-trip pick me up ;)
- Last Southwest flight to SFO is frequently delayed. Get drunk and ride the moving walkways to pass the time.
- If you are in a hurry take the bridge check in, it's much faster than the lower level check in.
- Loree ChingAugust 19, 2019This is one crazy airport with the central hub and the train . Hard to follow the first time here.
- AndreaJune 2, 2013Go through bridge security--it's less busy--then check out the nice quotes and music on the skywalk.
- Mimi HenryJanuary 13, 2015If you're departing from DEN, security line is usually long so TSA pre-check is a must.
- Eat at Elway’s. It is a little expensive but very good food!
- Great shoe shiners. They do a much better job than most airport shoe shine stands.
- Bebo GonzálezNovember 30, 2014The airport was privately funded, and nobody really knows by whom. A marker stone in the terminal reads the airport was funded by The New World Airport Commission. 2/2 /G\
- Decent airport : top 5: much better than Atlanta, Dallas or Houston airports.
- Root Down asks for your departure time so you won't miss your plane.
- Park on the top deck of the garage. There is always space to park and you walk right into the baggage claim.
- Great airport to fly into. Be careful of traffic when heading to the airport
- Mike TurnerJanuary 19, 2013If you are going to Boulder, Broomfield, or one of the cities in that area, take the toll road instead of driving through Denver.
- Andreas TJuly 28, 2013Very good (passenger friendly) airport. Bridge on A, is the best way to go through security.
- If you do not have TSA Precheck, you should arrive 3 hours before your flight. You are welcome.
- Steve RugeMarch 1, 2012Psst - to clear TSA security faster do these things: a) pay the up charge from frontier ($35) for express lane and b) always clear security through the bridge to gate A. Much faster than herds below.
- Baltus CommunicationsOctober 14, 2014Just wondering as a non-native English speaker about the fun word Restroom they use here for toilets.
- Free wifi is king. I've never had an issue & it's free! Also look for the secret bridge to A gates (Frontier) for shorter security lines.
- Upstairs on Concourse B, Paradise Bakery has freshly made salads and COOKIES! Yummy. The 2nd floor wine bar is also quite nice!
- If you're running late and are carrying on, a few carriers (like Southwest) have kiosks on the 4th floor near baggage claim.
- Bob ChapmanJuly 7, 2011I have heard the conspiracy theory years ago but don't remember it, something to do with the paintings and the statues there along with the lay out of the airport
- Angela RawlingsSeptember 7, 2016Water bottle fill stations are on each level in the center near the escalators and bathrooms
- Will gladly serve you a bloody mary at 8:00 on a Sunday (looking at you, LGA).
- TSA Precheck has a “hidden” dedicated line by the baggage claims, underneath the central escalators.
- C concourse now has stool+table seating, plus arm chairs with power outlets.
- I've been to a lot of airports in my life and this is definitely one of the better ones to have a layover in.
- Stacey~MarieAugust 20, 2014Baggage claim is lightning fast! You have to take the shuttle to get to baggage claim too!
- Jeanette Tey Janet AustinDecember 20, 2011I have been 2 DIA since 2008, flying in 4rm Houston, TX as a stop b4 heading off 2 Grand Junction and back! Nice view of the Rocky mountains!!!
