- In the grand scheme of airports this one's pretty good. Security sucks if you don't have TSA-Pre and baggage claim is slow. Other than that better than most.
- Consider singing up for Clear and TSA pre check - it will save you hours of security line waiting over the course of a year.
- If your flight is delayed pick up a good book from Hudson Books on the C concourse they have the airports friendliest staff.
- Check out La Casita behind the McDonalds in Concourse C. Large burritos for a reasonable price, and 4 delicious churros for $1.25.
- Most everything closes around 9 or 10pm. Unfortunate for night owls like myself.

- Loving the large airy concourses. Not loving the people who block my way on the moving carpets.

- One of the only airports with free wifi that actually works.
- Remember to open ur browser and accept terms/conditions so that u can use WIFI to it's fullest...
- Take advantage of the free WIFI here and get some work done.

- Remember. The winds in the city make it seem like your plane is going to crash. Let good thoughts be your sword and shield.

- If you're parked in Pikes Peak or Elbert exit the terminal on the East side to avoid extra wait time on the parking shuttle buses
- Jennifer LieboldSeptember 9, 2014Huge airport, lots to look at. Use the bottle filling stations instead of paying for water.
- Terrible queuing system for an airport with this much land. Wait times are unpredictable. The recent renovation adds to the chaos.
- If you are picking up a rental car DO NOT get on the bus in the first aisle - that is for people who are getting TO the airport. The shuttle buses to the rental cars is a few aisles away
- Be sure to use your Precheck, and watch for groping TSA staff. 😜
- Very efficient security process. If you don't understand trains, you're in trouble.
- Mark DunbarDecember 17, 2010at the end of concourse b before you get to the lower level, there is a Fat Tire brew/food place. good food and great beer.
- Make sure you take a look at the Sam Flores murals up in the main terminal by the train!
- Have a cup of coffee, check your email and watch a little Sports Center. Wonderful volunteer staff!!!!
- Bryan SniderOctober 17, 2010Arrive very early airport is large, security is very long, and it can take some time to get to get to your gate especially if your on delta or southwest
- Don't look Bluecifwe in the eyes. Check out the pics at there "I am afraid of the big blue horse at DIA" facebook group.
- Check out the controversial blue horse with demon eyes just outside if DIA. People either love or hate him.
- If you are taking a shuttle and have to check bags on west side you need an extra 10 minutes with the traffic flow
