Time: 10:15am-11:15am; Instructor: Michelle Stewart; Descriptions: This class is less formal than traditional classes and is designed to create special time between mother and child. Women may practice as soon as they get their doctorÕs approval. The class is appropriate for newborns up to moderate crawling. Please bring an extra blanket for your baby.

All of our yoga teachers are trained in prenatal, so you should feel comfortable attending any of our classes that suit your practice level.
