Children friendly 5* hotel located in a bustling area Cikini. Surrounded with good eateries and next to a beautiful cinema (metropole).

Rooms are very comfy esp the bed! The Lunch buffet is good, just ask the chef to make something nice. The dessert counter is especially delish!!

When symposia held in ballroom, it was very difficult to find space at the coffee break. Consider to rearrange the position of the food and drink spot to avoid chaotic queue...

Not the best Hilton. Only two lifts, room doors r noisy (they slam), breakfast isn’t mind-blowing, no actual biz centre (just 2 PC and a printer in the lobby), any car(Grab) that enters is charged 5k

Lovely hotel in every single detail. Sometimes it can be freezing in some common areas. The bed its to die for! Room service, pool and massage superb!
