They like my file every time I come, I even filled out new forms and still nowhere to be found!! Lol
They lost My file, they have to much Paper, And i have to deal with this crab.
Had to wait an hour after my scheduled appointment because their machine was down on my last appointment.
Place totally overbooks themselves, talks about you in Russian as you sit there & they lost my files! Ridiculous.- They tell me my appointment was cancelled & according to them , that only occurs if I cancel. Which I did not! This is ridiculous ! A waste of time in this place!!!
