- Foxxy BJuly 8, 2017Weekends 11-4: underwhelming brunch menu only (unlimited mimosas / bellinis with entrées like French toast just don't hit my Mexican spot). Not cheap ($6 Tecate). Go for tamales & tacos. Guac is bomb!
- Miss ButterflyAugust 4, 2012Super cute restaurant with a nice ambiance. Great place for a date night or just even out with a friend. I also really like their frozen margarita.
- Harlem AmbassadorOctober 21, 2013Mexican owned and operated. This stalwart has survived every El Barrios transformation in tact. If Los Angelenos are dining inside, you know that it has to be good! That back room needs live music.
- Good margarita selection. For brunch it seemed like a large majority of the options were savory but large portions.
- Everything in this place is authentic, the grilled tacos are amazing and I always order my guacamole super spicy , then wash it down with a michilada, heaven!!!!
- Mike HopkinsJuly 12, 2015Very very good. Not Mexican street food, but really good for more upscale Mexican

- Kate SinnottNovember 17, 2013Try the tortilla soup! It's heart & belly warming, light, delicate and perfectly seasoned. The soft, salty cheese and avocado pull the whole thing together. Awesome meal for the price!

- Best Mexican in NYC. Worth the trip. Great friendly staff. Food is so authentic. Not heavy sauce laden like other 'Mexican' places.
- Kelsey RyanAugust 7, 2013The shrimp tacos are spicy. They make fresh juices. Got mine to go. Carrot, celery, orange. They put ice cubes in it.

- Mariana LopesFebruary 6, 2014The bread pudding Is light and creamy, with an awesome banana ice cream topping!
- Isabel ZapataJuly 18, 2013Nice Mexican spot in the heart of Spanish Harlem. The food is ok, but don't order crazy stuff: stick to the basics. Try the guava margarita if you have a sweet tooth.
- Valerijs SceglovsApril 8, 2014Serving was brilliant! The waiter was also really nice. Recommend this for others.
- Amazing food, and the staff here are like family to us. Totally takes the edge off an otherwise rough and unbearably macho neighborhood. Worth the trip from any borough!
- Get the Mole Enchilada or the Sincronizadas con Chorizo with a Dos Equis amber Ale, you won't be disappointed. Also the outdoor patio in the back sets a great ambience....
- Fine Mexican dining in the heart of "El Barrio"! Highly recommended!
- The horchata (rice/milk beverage) it's like dessert itself, not to mention refreshing love it!!!
- Luis JimenezFebruary 4, 2013Margaritas are the bomb, and Ivan the bartender will make you feel right at home.

- Emily WMay 25, 2017The prices are fine, but the bartenders are so inept at handling large nighttime crowds
