LES classic El Sombrero makes a comeback, with a few nods to the original Mexican dive. The design has a modern feel, and the menu is brand new. It's cheap and offers frozen margaritas. Read more

Low maintenance- a reprieve from scenesters, almost like we were in the LES! ;) Go figure! Liked the food. Staff are great & the carnitas were comfort food. Real people, real neighborhood stuff, Yay.

margaritas, food, is soooo good, I love it is super mexican, but beware there is to much people always trying to get in, so try to make it before the meals star so you won't have to wait.

Re established recently. The concept went from Mexican to more Latin American place. The bartender Courtney was very nice. If you are here, sit by the bar and enjoy!

You can just stop by to dance and grab some drinks. Small venue but works with a group of ten or less.

Should have checked the rating before arriving. Service was friendly but egg fajitas (which sounded amazing) were a disappointment - tiny condiment size portions of cheese, peppers & onions, etc

I hate to say it but SVA ruined this place. A table of 9 students and 3 meals on the table - come on guys, really? The noise decibel level is over the top. But the service is GREAT!

Skip! My water smelled like a mildewy sponge so I sent it back. The salsa tasted funky, and the food in general was just bad. Even the rice tasted like it had been cooked with the mildew sponge water.
