The carbonara is a must!! Wine list is excellent. Is a place for do all the steps (starter/main/desert) , even though considering the size of dishes. Great service!

Beautifully creative and fresh, seasonal menu. Kind of a hidden gem tucked into a corner of back bay. Try the chef's specialty: roasted boar with rosemary and fermented grape sauce.

The pasta dishes and the wild boar with fermented Concord grapes are wonderful. So are the prices, considering the level of craft here; entrees run $19-$29. Read more

Superb Italian perfect for pre-theater dining, with a frequently changing menu based on what's in season. For a more casual experience, sidle up to the bar for small plates and cocktails. Read more

They change the dinner menu daily based on what's available & fresh that day. Same process carries over to the bar, where a limited liquor license doesn't stymie the creativity of their mixologists Read more

Pasta w/ meat sauce normally might be easily dismissed, but their homemade pasta with wild boar ragu was delicious! Don't overlook it!

Perhaps the only Boston restaurant to serve elaborately prepared sunflower buds, Erbaluce is no stranger to the title of the city's "best Italian restaurant." [Eater 38 Member]

Aroma di Venus. Marjorum magic. Sophisticated and sensuous. Nick brings food history to life at the bar. Erbaluce - best place in Boston to eat intelligently, leave amazingly satisfied. Thanks, Nick.

Excellent service, pleasant date ambiance. Food below expectations. Wild boar meatballs were overcooked. Cacio e Pepe was tasty but overpriced. At a comparable price point, Sorellina is better.
