Food is amazing. Samson Burger is fantastic, as is every dish. They're beautifully prepared. I always leave full. Service is fantastic.

Green bean appetizer is a MUST. I could eat these all day long.
All of the brunch items are so yummy it's a shame they only have them once a week. The breakfast burrito with the gravy on the side is definitely a great was to start the day.
Vegan comfort food and vegan baked goods? Yes please! Seriously try everything once. All the food is creative and delicious!

If you haven't tried Ethos's Brunch on Sundays from 9am-3pm, they now have it available on Saturdays as well. Delish!
