It’s an ok place. Looks good, great location; the water in the bathtub wasn’t draining, the hair dryer wasn’t working. Also, I’d love to see a fridge and a microwave in a $200 room.

Excellent location and decent hotel that is showing a bit of age. If you want a balcony without the noise from Bourbon, get a room overlooking Toulouse.
