- Robs ChDecember 17, 2016One of the best airports of the world. Big and well signed. Smoking areas and good duty free. Sometimes you may think a little weird when you start to walk in some corridors alone but u will be fine.
- What a mess… No proper signs at the gate telling you where to go. Transfer and you have to go through security again. Lufthansa flight canceled, and there’s a line of hundreds trying to rebook :(
- Air Europa has the longer queues to check-in. Really ominous!
- Jeff DanielsJuly 9, 2013Avoid the C Gates until the last minute if possible. The shopping sucks and it is a long way back to the main A and B duty free areas once you pass through. Talk about the airport hinterlands. Ugh.
- Ranjit SatyanathMay 3, 2013You get 30 min if free wifi - of course if you're reading this you may not really need it.
- Not at all so bad as described. Considering it's huge it is organised. Worst than Munich but light ages better than Paris or Rome, Amsterdam or Heathrow. Security in the average.
- Try one of the big birds and fly to Australia or Capetown or...
- Christina HawkinsMay 6, 2012Leave yourself plenty of time to get to your gate. You never know how security is time to time.
- fiftywan ಠ_ಠAugust 5, 2014Gates D1-4, after the security checkpoints, there are no shops and restaurants anymore
- No more free coffee and cappuccino! 2 euro is too much!
- Not my personal favorite but it is LH main hub. Always busy and it needs a renovation. Lounges are always full.
- There are beds after passport control. Bring your own pillow!
- This airport is a bad reference ! avoid any stop in Frankfurt : not an efficient signalisation, business lanes for security, document checks and other are slower than others, no warm meals in lounges
- There are 2 Security Check Areas in Terminal 1/B. The left one is mostly quicker.....
- Chris IoannouJanuary 20, 2018Frankfurt’s airport. With shops and facilities. But nothing really special.
- Victoria LuJanuary 21, 2013Escape flying in winter through this airport. Light snowfall destroys the whole work. For some reason they still can't find the way how to clean the driving line from snow.
- Wladimir SlomushinskiJune 14, 2016One of the best and most modern airports I've been to. Free wifi throughout the airport. The biggest airport in Germany. Too many shops, cafe, fast-food chains, bakery shops inside.
- Paul SahakianMarch 8, 2013The fat blonde biatch that took all my stuff put of my backpack you may have some power but you will always be ugly.
- Jára VacekAugust 20, 2014That airport is way too big! It takes tons of time to get to your gate! And toilets don't really smell good.
- Daniele Foa'June 6, 2011Abnormally high prices for food & beverage: 11 € for one (one!) bratwurst, some sauerkraut and a half litre cocacola...I think the antitrust should look into this...
- Talvi Wasp GatacaJuly 3, 2013Worst wifi ever!! It takes 10-15mn to finally connect your device (I'm using a smartphone). Then the wifi is only good at a couple of very close spots from the main signal. Impressively annoying!
- Dasha RoganovaAugust 7, 201411 minutes train ride to the city centre - didn't have the problem of boring waiting for connection but explored new city👍
- Francis BingsJuly 7, 2017Very rude people, they should all be well orientated in how to treat people nicely. Couldn't collect my tax refunds. If you have to refund your taxes, call or get informed before arriving the airport.
- Jessica C.October 15, 2022Worst airport ever you will have to go through security again even if you’re connecting! They don’t care if you miss your flight!
- Merve MetinDecember 10, 2017when we asked about the delay of the flight they answered very rudely and in a high volume as "if the delay is not more than 3 hours, it is not really a delay at all!!!!." his voice was very rude.
